I've always loved music, movies and books and had already published some reviews in my personal blog before, but one day I decided it would be better having a place to gather all of this. That's how mumobo was born.

The name is just a wordplay from music, movies and books. I know it sounds African and I like it that way. African is cool, isn't it?

I don't pretend to be an expert, my reviews are quite personal. I may like something that you hate or get sick of knowing you liked Superman Returns, boy it sucked. But I'm sure there are some Tarantino fans out there who just happen to enjoy Mogwai and read Dan Simmons' novels, I'm sure those guys and gals will be happy to take a look at my reviews.

If that's you then great! Be my guest. If not, it doesn't matter. I'll be happy to read your comments too, but please keep the "you suck man!" level low.
